Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Abode. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we offer store credit as the refund method. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still have the labels on.


Store credit

These don’t expire when you exchange an item for change of mind.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at abode.chch@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abode.chch@gmail.com and send your item to:
